Assuming that her tattoo faces upright when her arm is down, and that this picture was taken with a webcam (looks like a mirror effect to me), then the symbol seems to be the logo for Not Of This World (a Christian apparel store).
Lastly, Lea has a small cross tattoo on her left side. There appears to be some script underneath it but it’s always been hidden.
Lea also has a bird tattooed on her hip.
She’s said before that she has a tattoo on her thigh in memory of her grandfather, but that’s the only one I haven’t been able to find a picture of.
The tiny music notes on Lea’s shoulder come from the song Bohemian Rhapsody.
